2-room house 30 m2. Very simple and rustic furnishings: living/dining room, without window with dining table. 1 double bedroom. Kitchenette (4 hot plates, oven). Shower/bidet/WC. No heating option. Terrace furniture. 1 pet/ dog allowed. This typical Trullo has ancient stone floors and walls and small windows, the bed in the living room is an alcove. In shower. Kitchen without hot water. The bedroom, with adjoining bath, has a separate external access. Please note non-potable water. No mandatory extra charges to be paid on-site except for local tax. BR07400391000014190

Old, small country house "Trullo Selva", from the 17th century, surrounded by trees and fields. 3 km from the centre of Ceglie Messapica, in a secluded, quiet position, 14 km from the sea, 14 km from the beach.
