Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 2 ceramic glass hob hotplates, 2 gas rings, toaster, kettle, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Air-conditioning, forced-air heating. Facilities: iron, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free).

Single-family house "Lara (ZAD717)", 2 storeys, built in 2016. 35 km from the centre of Zadar, on the outskirts, 2 km from the centre of Pridraga, 6 km from the centre of Novigrad, on a slope, 10 m from the sea, 50 m from the beach. Private: property 470 m2 (fenced). Outdoor shower, terrace (12 m2), garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: internet access, washing machine. Parking (for 3 cars) at the house on the premises.
