Small, open kitchen (2 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Electric heating, boiler (150 litres). Terrace 15 m2. Terrace furniture. Facilities: washing machine. Internet (WiFi, extra). Please note: maximum 1 small pet/ dog allowed. TV only FR. Smoke alarm. Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.

Carquieranne: Apartment block "L'Olivado", surrounded by trees. On the outskirts, 2 km from the sea, 2 km from the beach, in the countryside. Parking (limited number of spaces). Shop, grocery 300 m, restaurant 400 m, café 300 m, sandy beach "Peno" 2 km. Sports harbour 1.8 km. Nearby attractions: Rade de Toulon 12 km, Magic World 7.2 km, jardin Olbius Riquier 10 km.
