Upper floor: (steep stair) gallery with sloping ceilings with 1 french bed (1 x 160 cm, length 190 cm), TV (flat screen). Terrace 25 m2. Terrace furniture, electric barbecue. Facilities: washing machine. Internet (WiFi, extra). Parking space n 104 (1 car). Please note: maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.
