Balcony 10 m2, west facing position. Balcony furniture, deck chairs (1). Facilities: washing machine, dryer, iron, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Reserved parking space n 3 (réservé apt A14). Please note: smoke alarm. Individual lockable room for storing bikes and/or small trailers (Box n°11 in the basement). Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.
