Upper floor: (steep stair), 1 open room with sloping ceilings with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). Electric heating. Small balcony. Facilities: washing machine. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only, no parking. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm, no lift. Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.
