Die Melder können kein Foto aufnehmen, wenn der Alarm nicht läuft. Der Alarm wird während der Mietdauer nie eingeschaltet (siehe GSI-Bescheinigung).
- Das Fitnessstudio ist für Minderjährige unter 16 Jahren ohne Aufsicht verboten
- Das Grundstück an der Unterseite des Grundstücks wurde unter Wahrung seiner Authentizität angelegt. Dieser steile und ungesicherte Bereich hinter dem Tor am unteren Ende des Gartens ist für Mieter zugänglich, jedoch unter Ihrer vollen Verantwortung. Die Verantwortung des Eigentümers der Räumlichkeiten oder der Vermietungsagentur würde nicht übernommen werden, wenn das Tor für den Zugang zu diesem natürlichen und unsicheren Bereich vom Mieter und/oder seinen Begleitern überschritten wurde.
