This rural house has an infinity pool, three bedrooms (two of them with air conditioning), a spacious living room with access to the pool area and a nice kitchen.

LOCATION
Located in Cerralba, Cártama, five minutes drive from the exit to Cerralba/Barrio de Gibralgalia. Before arriving at the access gate to the road that takes you to the accommodation there is a small stretch of about 800 metres unpaved. The access road to the house is on a slope and is cemented and striped to ensure a good grip for your vehicle.
You can enjoy beautiful views of the Guadalhorce Valley with a high level of privacy, the nearby distances are far away and the orography places the house on high ground.
In a few minutes by car you will have a wide network of roads that will allow you to access any point of the province of Malaga and enjoy its points of interest.
EXTERIOR OF THE ACCOMMODATION
From your arrival, you will be able to enjoy the views, the access to the rural house is established by means of an access through the private garage or surrounding the lodging and acceding by the accesses of kitchen or lounge dining room. Although in the first instance on arrival you will have to enter through the garage entrance.
The exteriors are comfortable, with garden furniture and you will have different spaces where you can enjoy family gatherings or take some time to relax for yourself.
The infinity pool provides you with beautiful views in your bathroom where you can enjoy the sun and relax watching the scenery. There is an unfenced area of the pool which gives you a clear view of the landscape, so please do not let your children climb over the edge of the pool. It is your responsibility to keep your children safe in the pool area.
INSIDE THE ACCOMMODATION: KITCHEN AND DINING ROOM
You will have a large, open-plan living-dining room with no columns. Bright, with large windows, that even if you close them, you will still have a natural setting with the aforementioned views. The living-dining room spaces are divided into a rest and relaxation area where you can watch television and a dining area so that you can fully enjoy the family meals prepared in the kitchen. The kitchen, although independent, is naturally connected to the dining room furniture.
This kitchen, with an island in the centre and furniture and appliances on both sides, is equipped with everything you need. Please note that at the time of taking the photographs for the advertisement, a professional coffee machine is integrated into the furniture, this machine is disabled due to the complexity of its use. You will nevertheless have an excellent Nespresso coffee machine at your disposal.
BEDROOMS
The house has three bedrooms, the doors of which are integrated into the decoration of the accommodation, thus increasing the soundproofing of the same. STANDORT
Die Anlage befindet sich in Cerralba, Cártama, fünf Minuten von der Ausfahrt nach Cerralba/Barrio de Gibralgalia entfernt. Vor der Zufahrt zur Straße, die zur Unterkunft führt, gibt es ein kleines Stück von etwa 800 Metern, das nicht asphaltiert ist. Die Zufahrtsstraße zum Haus liegt an einem Hang und ist betoniert und gestreift, um eine gute Griffigkeit für Ihr Fahrzeug zu gewährleisten.

Es gibt einen nicht eingezäunten Bereich des Pools, von dem aus Sie einen freien Blick auf die Landschaft haben, also lassen Sie Ihre Kinder bitte nicht über den Rand des Pools klettern. Es liegt in Ihrer Verantwortung, Ihre Kinder im Poolbereich sicher zu halten.
IM INNEREN DER UNTERKUNFT: KÜCHE UND ESSZIMMER
Sie verfügen über ein großes, offenes Wohn-Esszimmer ohne Säulen. Hell, mit großen Fenstern, die auch bei geschlossenem Fenster eine natürliche Umgebung mit der bereits erwähnten Aussicht bieten. Das Wohn-Esszimmer ist in einen Ruhe- und Entspannungsbereich, in dem man fernsehen kann, und einen Essbereich unterteilt, in dem man die in der Küche zubereiteten Familienmahlzeiten in vollen Zügen genießen kann. Die Küche ist zwar unabhängig, aber natürlich mit den Möbeln des Esszimmers verbunden.
Diese Küche mit einer Insel in der Mitte und Möbeln und Geräten auf beiden Seiten ist mit allem ausgestattet, was Sie brauchen. STANDORT
Die Anlage befindet sich in Cerralba, Cártama, fünf Minuten von der Ausfahrt nach Cerralba/Barrio de Gibralgalia entfernt. Vor der Zufahrt zur Straße, die zur Unterkunft führt, gibt es ein kleines Stück von etwa 800 Metern, das nicht asphaltiert ist. Die Zufahrtsstraße zum Haus liegt an einem Hang und ist betoniert und gestreift, um eine gute Griffigkeit für Ihr Fahrzeug zu gewährleisten.
Sie genießen eine schöne Aussicht auf das Guadalhorce-Tal mit einem hohen Maß an Privatsphäre, die nahen Entfernungen sind weit entfernt und die Orographie legt das Haus auf eine Anhöhe.
In wenigen Autominuten erreichen Sie ein weites Straßennetz, das es Ihnen ermöglicht, jeden Punkt der Provinz Málaga zu erreichen und seine Sehenswürdigkeiten zu genießen.
AUSSENANSICHT DER UNTERKUNFT
Schon bei Ihrer Ankunft werden Sie die Aussicht genießen können. Der Zugang zum Landhaus erfolgt über einen Zugang durch die private Garage oder um die Unterkunft herum und über die Zugänge zur Küche oder zum Wohn- und Esszimmer. Bei Ihrer Ankunft müssen Sie jedoch zunächst durch den Garageneingang eintreten.
Die Außenbereiche sind komfortabel, mit Gartenmöbeln ausgestattet und es gibt verschiedene Bereiche, in denen Sie sich mit der Familie treffen oder sich entspannen können.
Der Infinity-Pool bietet Ihnen eine schöne Aussicht in Ihrem Bad, wo Sie die Sonne genießen und sich beim Betrachten der Landschaft entspannen können. Es gibt einen nicht eingezäunten Bereich des Pools, von dem aus Sie einen freien Blick auf die Landschaft haben, also lassen Sie Ihre Kinder bitte nicht über den Rand des Pools klettern. Es liegt in Ihrer Verantwortung, Ihre Kinder im Poolbereich sicher zu halten.
IM INNEREN DER UNTERKUNFT: KÜCHE UND ESSZIMMER
Sie verfügen über ein großes, offenes Wohn-Esszimmer ohne Säulen. Hell, mit großen Fenstern, die auch bei geschlossenem Fenster eine natürliche Umgebung mit der bereits erwähnten Aussicht bieten.
