La rosa dei venti is an apartment located on the ground floor of a detached building situated right next to the New Church in Positano, The 'accommodation can be reached from the main road by walking down about 70 steps. On the main road (the Amalfi state road) we find stores, bars, ristoranti, but also by local transportation. The nearest bus stop is a few steps away, near the International Bar. From here it is also possible to reach the center ( Piazza dei mulini) with the minibus "interno Positano".
THE SPACE:
The house is a corner of paradise located "in upper Positano," with the privilege of being able to choose both an alternative vacation, off the strictly tourist routes, and to dive into the holiday turnover of the Amalfi and Sorrento Coast.
Rosa dei venti has a small kitchenette equipped with sink and gas cooktop with two burners, microwave oven, kettle and toaster.
Next to the kitchenette we find a living room with a double sofa bed and flat-screen TV with a small Vietri-style full bathroom complete with shower, sink and toilet. Continuing we have a double bedroom with king-size bed and small bathroom. The house has no balcony or esterni spaces.
The apartment has air conditioning and iron with ironing board.
TO CHECK IN:
Check-in is available from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m.
Check-out must be done by 10 am.
Guests will need to provide identification to complete online check-in.
Guests are required to pay city tax of €2.5 per person per night.

La rosa dei venti est un appartement au rez-de-chaussée d'un bâtiment indépendant situé juste à côté de la Chiesa Nuova à Positano. L'appartement est accessible depuis la route principale en montant environ 80 marches. Sur la route principale (la route nationale d'Amalfi), vous trouverez des magasins, des bars, des restaurants, ainsi que des moyens de transport locaux. L'arrêt de bus le plus proche se trouve à quelques pas, près du Bar Internazionale. De là, il est également possible de rejoindre le centre (Piazza dei mulini) avec le minibus "interno Positano".
L'ESPACE :
La maison est un coin de paradis situé "dans le haut Positano", avec le privilège de pouvoir choisir à la fois des vacances alternatives, en dehors des routes strictement touristiques, et de plonger dans le chiffre d'affaires des vacances de la côte amalfitaine et sorrentine.
L'appartment dispose d'une petite kitchenette équipée d'un lave-vaisselle, d'un évier et d'une plaque de cuisson à gas à quatre feux, d'un four, d'une bouilloire et d'un grille-pain.
À côté de la kitchenette se trouve un salon avec un canapé-lit double et une télévision à écran plat, ainsi qu'une petite salle de bains de style vietnamien avec douche, lavabo et toilettes. Ensuite, une chambre double avec un lit king-size et une petite salle de bains. La maison n'a pas de balcon ni d'espace extérieur.
L'appartement dispose de la climatisation et d'un fer et d'une table à repasser.

Le départ doit avoir lieu avant 11 heures.

Die Wohnung ist von der Hauptstraße aus über ca. 70 Stufen zu erreichen. An der Hauptstraße (der Amalfi-Staatsstraße) befinden sich Geschäfte, Bars, Restaurants, sowie lokale Verkehrsmittel. Die nächstgelegene Bushaltestelle befindet sich nur wenige Schritte entfernt, in der Nähe der Bar Internazionale. Von hier aus kann man auch das Zentrum (Piazza dei mulini) mit dem Minibus "interno Positano" erreichen.

Das Haus ist ein paradiesisches Fleckchen Erde "auf der Höhe von Positano", mit dem Privileg, sowohl einen alternativen Urlaub abseits der strikten Touristenrouten wählen zu können, als auch in die Urlaubswelt der Amalfi- und Sorrento-Küste einzutauchen.
Angolo di Paradiso verfügt über eine kleine Kochnische, die mit Geschirrspüler, Spüle und Induktionskochfeld mit zwei Kochstellen, Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher und Toaster ausgestattet ist.
Neben der Kochnische befindet sich ein Wohnzimmer mit einem Doppelschlafsofa und einem Flachbildfernseher sowie ein kleines Bad im Vietri-Stil mit Dusche, Waschbecken und Toilette. Weiter geht es mit einem Doppelschlafzimmer mit Kingsize-Bett und kleinem Bad. Das Haus hat keinen Balkon oder Außenbereich.
Die Wohnung hat eine Klimaanlage und ein Bügeleisen mit Bügelbrett.
