Fully equipped kitchen with all necessary facilities, for example induction hob, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, fridge with freezer etc .;
Living room with sofa bed (with two single beds), built-in wardrobes, cable television and wood-burning fireplace, balcony and large terrace with enchanting views of the Amalfi Coast and Capri;
Double bedroom
Full bathroom with shower and washing machine and a second bathroom (in the room)
Panoramic terrace with sea view and equipped with sun beds and set of outdoor chairs and sofas.
The whole environment is equipped with an air conditioning system.

Guests have access to the entire house which is for private use!
Check-in is available from 14.00 to 20.00.
Check-in is available from 2.00 pm to 7.30 pm.
For late check-ins after 7.30pm a supplement of €30 will be applied, after 11.00pm a supplement of €50.
Check-out must be carried out by 10.00 am.
Guests must provide identification document for completing the P.S. and the payment of the municipal tax of 1.5 euros per person is to be paid in cash on arrival, excluding children under 10 years.

Le check-out doit être effectué avant 10h00.
Les clients doivent fournir une pièce d'identité pour remplir le formulaire P.S. et le paiement de la taxe communale de 1,5 euros par personne est exigé, à régler en espèces à l'arrivée, à l'exception des enfants de moins de 10 ans.

Gäste müssen einen Ausweis vorlegen, um das P.S.-Formular auszufüllen. Außerdem ist die Zahlung der Gemeindesteuer in Höhe von 1,5 Euro pro Person erforderlich, die bei der Ankunft in bar zu zahlen ist, mit Ausnahme von Kindern unter 10 Jahren.
