Exit to the balcony. 1 double bedroom with shower/bidet/WC. 1 room with 2 beds. Bath/bidet/WC. 2nd upper floor: open large living/sleeping room with sloping ceilings with 2 double beds, kitchen corner, bath/bidet/WC and air conditioning. Gas heating. Heating available only from 15.10. to 15.04. Balcony, patio. Terrace furniture, barbecue. View of the lake and the mountains. Facilities: washing machine, children's high chair, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed. No internal connecting door between the separated properties. The outbuilding is a few meters from the villa and consists of a living room and kitchen on the ground floor and bedrooms (double and single) with air conditioning on the first floor.
