Magnificent apartment on the seafront on Royal Beach in Calahonda. A natural enclave located in a strategically connected location in the heart of the Costa del Sol, just 10 minutes from the center of Marbella, 10 minutes from the white town of Mijas, 20 minutes from Fuengirola or 30 minutes from Torremolinos and the center of Malaga. All of this without the need to drive as we have a bus stop right at the entrance of the venue.
The enclosure has about 8,000 meters of garden made up mostly of grass, aromatic plants and a fantastic pine forest to enjoy a little shade next to the magnificent pools that you can enjoy.
If what you want is to spend a day of sun and beach, you will only have to take your towel and your favorite snack because we have direct access to a magnificent sandy beach.
This beach is linked to the Mediterranean walkway, where you will have many kilometers of walking or cycling next to the sea.
Our apartment has a large, well-equipped American kitchen where you can cook if you wish.
It also has a large bedroom with a built-in wardrobe, air conditioning and a large window with sea views.
In the living room you can enjoy magnificent views and great light throughout the day.
Accommodation with free WI-Fi device (the connection is fiber optic). Ideal if you need to telework.

Tout cela sans avoir besoin de conduire puisque nous avons un arrêt de bus juste à l’entrée du lieu.
L'enceinte dispose d'environ 8 000 mètres de jardin composé principalement d'herbe, de plantes aromatiques et d'une fantastique pinède pour profiter d'un peu d'ombre à côté des magnifiques piscines dont vous pourrez profiter.
Si vous souhaitez passer une journée de soleil et de plage, vous n'aurez qu'à prendre votre serviette et votre collation préférée car nous avons un accès direct à une magnifique plage de sable.
Cette plage est reliée à la promenade méditerranéenne, où vous pourrez parcourir de nombreux kilomètres à pied ou à vélo au bord de la mer.
Notre appartement dispose d'une grande cuisine américaine bien équipée où vous pourrez cuisiner si vous le souhaitez.
Il dispose également d'une grande chambre avec une armoire intégrée, de la climatisation et d'une grande fenêtre avec vue sur la mer.
Dans le salon, vous pourrez profiter d'une vue magnifique et d'une grande lumière tout au long de la journée.
