You will be enchanted by the views of the accommodation, the Sierra de las Nieves and its entire surroundings from any point of the accommodation, you will have a very pleasant sun in the morning and you will be able to appreciate incredible sunsets that will make your stay unforgettable.
The accommodation completed its construction in 2019, both the accommodation and the exteriors have been built with the utmost love and care. You will be able to enjoy a unique environment.
The accommodation has a private pool, with a terrace area covered by canvas that will provide shade, imagine cooling off in the pool and having the incredible views of the accommodation.
The accommodation plot has spaces to relax reading a good book or simply sit and think, observing and listening to nature.
The entrance to the accommodation is presided over by a covered terrace, with views, as we have previously mentioned, of the entire Sierra de las Nieves.
At the entrance of the accommodation we have on the right the American kitchen, gas, and equipped with everything necessary to prepare your lunches.
The spacious, comfortable and very well distributed living room will shelter you on the coldest nights with your family in fun gatherings or will give you a peaceful rest at nap time.
Separated with a small distributor that goes up to the upper floor, is the bathroom with a shower tray, it has an entrance of natural light that makes it a unique space.
The accommodation's five beds are distributed in two rooms, the main one located on the ground floor has the double bed, it is a very bright room with a rustic style in keeping with the accommodation. The other three places in the accommodation are located on the upper floor. Accessed via a spiral staircase, the room is attic and houses three single beds.
Our guests should know that access to the accommodation has 1.2 km of unpaved road. It is an unpaved compact dirt road with some irregularities, but they will not affect the mechanics of your vehicle if you drive with caution. It can be accessed with any type of vehicle, a special vehicle is not necessary.
The vehicle parking space consists of a small flat area where you can leave one vehicle, and the other vehicle, if you bring two, has to stay on a slope, on the small access slope that the accommodation has.
We do not recommend this accommodation for people with reduced mobility or physical disabilities.
Remember that the fifth traveler will have an increase per night on the rate.

Le salon spacieux, confortable et très bien distribué vous abritera lors des nuits les plus froides en famille lors de réunions amusantes ou vous offrira un repos paisible à l'heure de la sieste.
Séparée par un petit distributeur qui monte à l'étage supérieur, se trouve la salle de bain avec receveur de douche, elle dispose d'une entrée de lumière naturelle qui en fait un espace unique.
Les cinq lits du logement sont répartis dans deux chambres, la principale située au rez-de-chaussée a le lit double, c'est une chambre très lumineuse avec un style rustique en harmonie avec le logement. Les trois autres places du logement sont situées à l'étage supérieur. Accessible par un escalier en colimaçon, la chambre est mansardée et abrite trois lits simples.
Nos clients doivent savoir que l'accès au logement se fait par 1,2 km de route non pavée. Il s'agit d'un chemin de terre compact et non pavé présentant quelques irrégularités, mais celles-ci n'affecteront pas la mécanique de votre véhicule si vous conduisez avec prudence. Il est accessible avec tout type de véhicule, un véhicule spécial n'est pas nécessaire.

Das geräumige, komfortable und sehr gut aufgeteilte Wohnzimmer bietet Ihnen in den kältesten Nächten mit Ihrer Familie bei lustigen Zusammenkünften Schutz oder bietet Ihnen eine ruhige Ruhe zum Mittagsschlaf.
Durch einen kleinen Verteiler, der bis in die obere Etage reicht, ist das Badezimmer mit einer Duschwanne getrennt und verfügt über einen Eingang mit natürlichem Licht, der es zu einem einzigartigen Raum macht.
Die fünf Betten der Unterkunft sind auf zwei Zimmer verteilt. Das Hauptzimmer im Erdgeschoss verfügt über ein Doppelbett. Es handelt sich um ein sehr helles Zimmer im rustikalen Stil, der zur Unterkunft passt. Die anderen drei Plätze der Unterkunft befinden sich im Obergeschoss. Das über eine Wendeltreppe zugängliche Zimmer befindet sich im Dachgeschoss und verfügt über drei Einzelbetten.
Unsere Gäste sollten wissen, dass der Zugang zur Unterkunft über eine 1,2 km lange unbefestigte Straße erfolgt. Es handelt sich um eine unbefestigte, kompakte Schotterstraße mit einigen Unregelmäßigkeiten, die jedoch bei vorsichtiger Fahrweise keinen Einfluss auf die Mechanik Ihres Fahrzeugs haben. Die Zufahrt ist mit jedem Fahrzeugtyp möglich, ein Spezialfahrzeug ist nicht erforderlich.

Der Bau der Unterkunft wurde im Jahr 2019 abgeschlossen. Sowohl die Unterkunft als auch der Außenbereich wurden mit größter Liebe und Sorgfalt gebaut. Sie werden eine einzigartige Umgebung genießen können.
Die Unterkunft verfügt über einen privaten Pool mit einem Terrassenbereich, der mit einer Plane bedeckt ist und Schatten spendet. Stellen Sie sich vor, Sie können sich im Pool abkühlen und die unglaubliche Aussicht auf die Unterkunft genießen.
Auf dem Grundstück der Unterkunft können Sie sich entspannen, ein gutes Buch lesen oder einfach nur sitzen und nachdenken, die Natur beobachten und ihr lauschen.
Der Eingang zur Unterkunft verfügt über eine überdachte Terrasse mit Blick, wie bereits erwähnt, auf die gesamte Sierra de las Nieves.
Am Eingang der Unterkunft befindet sich auf der rechten Seite die amerikanische Küche mit Gas und allem, was Sie für die Zubereitung Ihres Mittagessens benötigen.
Das geräumige, komfortable und sehr gut aufgeteilte Wohnzimmer bietet Ihnen in den kältesten Nächten mit Ihrer Familie bei lustigen Zusammenkünften Schutz oder bietet Ihnen eine ruhige Ruhe zum Mittagsschlaf.
Durch einen kleinen Verteiler, der bis in die obere Etage reicht, ist das Badezimmer mit einer Duschwanne getrennt und verfügt über einen Eingang mit natürlichem Licht, der es zu einem einzigartigen Raum macht.
Die fünf Betten der Unterkunft sind auf zwei Zimmer verteilt. Das Hauptzimmer im Erdgeschoss verfügt über ein Doppelbett. Es handelt sich um ein sehr helles Zimmer im rustikalen Stil, der zur Unterkunft passt. Die anderen drei Plätze der Unterkunft befinden sich im Obergeschoss. Das über eine Wendeltreppe zugängliche Zimmer befindet sich im Dachgeschoss und verfügt über drei Einzelbetten.
Unsere Gäste sollten wissen, dass der Zugang zur Unterkunft über eine 1,2 km lange unbefestigte Straße erfolgt. Es handelt sich um eine unbefestigte, kompakte Schotterstraße mit einigen Unregelmäßigkeiten, die jedoch bei vorsichtiger Fahrweise keinen Einfluss auf die Mechanik Ihres Fahrzeugs haben. Die Zufahrt ist mit jedem Fahrzeugtyp möglich, ein Spezialfahrzeug ist nicht erforderlich.
Der Fahrzeugparkplatz besteht aus einer kleinen ebenen Fläche, auf der Sie ein Fahrzeug abstellen können. Das andere Fahrzeug, wenn Sie zwei mitbringen, muss an einem Hang, auf dem kleinen Zufahrtshang, über den die Unterkunft verfügt, abgestellt werden.
Wir empfehlen diese Unterkunft nicht für Personen mit eingeschränkter Mobilität oder körperlichen Behinderungen.
