The entrance to the Villa has direct access by road to the entrance of the accommodation. To park about 6 standard vehicles without any space problem.
The main entrance, covered with a small porch lined with wood and outdoor furniture, will also serve to have a pleasant rest or have a tea in peace.
The distribution of the house is as follows:
From the hall to the left we find a luxurious living room with fireplace. Linked to this we have a beautiful kitchen with wooden furniture equipped with absolutely everything you need: refrigerator, freezer, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, gas stove, kitchenware for all travelers.
From the kitchen you have access to an interior patio and the laundry area where you can find the washing machine and dryer to keep your clothes ready during your stay.
Returning to the hall to the right we have the main double bedroom of the house, this bedroom is equipped with its own television.
On the ground floor, we also have a shower room.
Going up to the first floor of the accommodation we have 4 bedrooms, 3 of them with a double bed and balcony and one of them with two single beds.
On this floor we also have a spacious and luxurious bathroom with a Jacuzzi bathtub, shower tray and towel dryer.
Also on this floor we find a fabulous terrace to enjoy a good breakfast thanks to its modern and spacious table.
Going up to the second floor we arrive at a spacious room where you can meet with everyone, or simply rest. This room has a sofa bed that completes the rest of the twelve beds in the accommodation. It has two large terraces where you can enjoy fantastic views.
The accommodation has air conditioning throughout the accommodation and Fiber Optic Internet.
The accommodation has intercoms on all floors to be connected between floors and the different spaces.
For heating, the house has heat pumps and a stove -- THERE IS THE OPTION OF USING CENTRAL HEATING BY RADIATORS WITH A PRICE SUPPLEMENT

L'entrée principale, couverte d'un petit porche bordé de bois et de mobilier d'extérieur, servira également à se reposer agréablement ou à prendre un thé en toute tranquillité.

Du hall à gauche, nous trouvons un luxueux salon avec cheminée. Liée à cela nous disposons d'une belle cuisine avec des meubles en bois équipée d'absolument tout ce dont vous avez besoin : réfrigérateur, congélateur, four, lave-vaisselle, micro-ondes, cafetière, bouilloire, gazinière, ustensiles de cuisine pour tous les voyageurs.
Depuis la cuisine, vous avez accès à un patio intérieur et à la buanderie où vous trouverez le lave-linge et le sèche-linge pour garder vos vêtements prêts pendant votre séjour.
En revenant dans le hall de droite, nous avons la chambre double principale de la maison, cette chambre est équipée de sa propre télévision.
Au rez-de-chaussée, nous disposons également d'une salle de douche.
En montant au premier étage du logement, nous avons 4 chambres, 3 d'entre elles avec un lit double et balcon et une avec deux lits simples.
A cet étage, nous disposons également d'une salle de bain spacieuse et luxueuse avec baignoire jacuzzi, receveur de douche et sèche-serviettes.

Zurück im Flur auf der rechten Seite befindet sich das Hauptschlafzimmer des Hauses mit Doppelbett. Dieses Schlafzimmer ist mit einem eigenen Fernseher ausgestattet.
Im Erdgeschoss haben wir auch ein Duschbad.
Im ersten Stock der Unterkunft befinden sich 4 Schlafzimmer, 3 davon mit Doppelbett und Balkon und eines mit zwei Einzelbetten.

- Die Außenbereiche (Gärten, Pool usw.) werden wöchentlich gewartet. Der Reisende wird einen Tag vorher angerufen.
