Welcome to Villa Sonia, a fantastic independent villa where you can rest without giving up any service. Thanks to its excellent location, you will have all the services (shops, restaurants, leisure...) just 10 minutes by car from the center of Alhaurin el Grande.
The plot you will enjoy is completely fenced, you will have privacy and tranquility. You can park up to 3 vehicles within the plot without losing space for your leisure or play for your children.
As soon as you get out of the car you will find a beautiful pool with pool furniture and a Balinese bed where you can rest peacefully, sunbathe or read a book. When you are not using the pool you can be quiet, it is completely fenced, if you are traveling with small children you can be quiet.
If you do not want to be in the pool, you can rest on the fabulous porch of the house, from this space, you can control the pool while using a splendid wrought iron barbecue.
Access to the home has the kitchen as the first room, where you can make any meal thanks to the complete set of small appliances and kitchenware that the accommodation offers.
The accommodation consists of two floors, on the ground floor in addition to the kitchen you can find a large bathroom with a shower, modern and equipped with everything you need. Adjacent to the kitchen we have a large living room, with a fireplace, a large television and two comfortable sofas. In this space you can have lunch at the dining table or get together with your family in the warmth of the large fireplace. You can also have a pleasant conversation at the small traditional bar in the living room. The living room is decorated in the most Andalusian style with old farm tools, a bit of history at every moment of your stay.
There are two bedrooms on this floor, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. The third available room is on the upper floor, which is accessed by a staircase located above the traditional bar that we have already mentioned. This room has a double bed, very bright and quiet.
Neither Cubo's Holiday Homes nor the owner can be held responsible for possible restrictions in the water supply and how they could affect the traveler's stay, as long as these were decreed by the competent authorities, and were mandatory.

Bienvenue à la Villa Sonia, une fantastique villa indépendante où vous pourrez vous reposer sans renoncer à aucun service. Grâce à son excellent emplacement, vous disposerez de tous les services (commerces, restaurants, loisirs...) à seulement 10 minutes en voiture du centre d'Alhaurin el Grande.
Le terrain dont vous profiterez est entièrement clôturé, vous aurez intimité et tranquillité. Vous pouvez garer jusqu'à 3 véhicules au sein de la parcelle sans perdre d'espace pour vos loisirs ou jouer pour vos enfants.
Dès votre descente de voiture, vous trouverez une belle piscine avec mobilier de piscine et lit balinais où vous pourrez vous reposer paisiblement, bronzer ou lire un livre. Lorsque vous n'utilisez pas la piscine, vous pouvez être tranquille, elle est entièrement clôturée, si vous voyagez avec de jeunes enfants, vous pouvez être tranquille.
Si vous ne voulez pas être dans la piscine, vous pouvez vous reposer sur le fabuleux porche de la maison, depuis cet espace, vous pourrez contrôler la piscine tout en utilisant un magnifique barbecue en fer forgé.
L'accès à la maison a la cuisine comme première pièce, où vous pourrez préparer n'importe quel repas grâce à l'ensemble complet de petits appareils électroménagers et ustensiles de cuisine qu'offre le logement.
Le logement se compose de deux étages, au rez-de-chaussée, en plus de la cuisine, vous trouverez une grande salle de bain avec douche, moderne et équipée de tout ce dont vous avez besoin. Adjacent à la cuisine, nous avons un grand salon avec une cheminée, une grande télévision et deux canapés confortables. Dans cet espace, vous pourrez déjeuner à la table à manger ou vous retrouver en famille au chaud de la grande cheminée. Vous pourrez également avoir une agréable conversation au petit bar traditionnel du salon. Le salon est décoré dans le style le plus andalou avec d'anciens outils agricoles, un peu d'histoire à chaque instant de votre séjour.
Il y a deux chambres à cet étage, une avec un lit double et l'autre avec deux lits simples. La troisième salle disponible se trouve à l'étage supérieur, auquel on accède par un escalier situé au-dessus du bar traditionnel que nous avons déjà évoqué. Cette chambre dispose d'un lit double, très lumineuse et calme.

Angrenzend an die Küche haben wir ein großes Wohnzimmer mit Kamin, großem Fernseher und zwei bequemen Sofas. In diesem Raum können Sie am Esstisch zu Mittag essen oder sich mit Ihrer Familie in der Wärme des großen Kamins treffen. An der kleinen, traditionellen Bar im Wohnzimmer können Sie außerdem angenehme Gespräche führen. Das Wohnzimmer ist im andalusischen Stil mit alten landwirtschaftlichen Geräten eingerichtet und bietet in jedem Moment Ihres Aufenthalts ein Stück Geschichte.
Auf dieser Etage befinden sich zwei Schlafzimmer, eines mit einem Doppelbett und das andere mit zwei Einzelbetten. Der dritte verfügbare Raum befindet sich im Obergeschoss und ist über eine Treppe über der bereits erwähnten traditionellen Bar erreichbar. Dieses Zimmer verfügt über ein Doppelbett, sehr hell und ruhig.
