Kitchen (4 hot plates, Gas stove, 4 gas rings, toaster, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Air-conditioning, forced-air heating (extra). Heating available only from 31.10. to 15.04. Terrace, garden. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs. Facilities: washing machine, iron, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds (extra). Internet (WiFi, free). Reserved parking (fenced 2 cars) at the house. Please note: non-smokers only. 1 pet/ dog allowed.
