Bath/shower/WC. 2nd upper floor: 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm). 1 room with 2 beds. Shower/WC. Gas heating. Heating available only from 01.11. to 15.04. Terrace roofed, patio. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs, box-room. Facilities: washing machine, iron, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds. Internet (WiFi, free). Reserved parking (fenced). Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 3 pets/ dogs allowed.
