"Villa Remi" is located on the edge of a pine forest in Sumartin on the island of Brač, 30 meters from the beach and the center. The rich facilities with which the house is equipped allow the guest an ideal break from the busy everyday life. Large heated pool, jacuzzi, parking, outdoor grill, gym, laundry, children's playroom, A/C, android TV in every room, spacious living room with kitchen, a large penthouse, and a bar are the reasons why - Villa Remi is for your moments of pure enjoyment.

The space
Villa Remi can accommodate up to ten guests across five spacious and nicely furnished bedrooms. Private parking starts the tour on the ground floor, guests will find one of the double bedrooms with a small kitchen and bathroom with an android tv, air-conditioning, and wi-fi in it, which is a one-way room separated from others which are on the 1st floor.

The Main living room comprises a spectacular open-plan space, kitchen, and dining area complete with sliding doors that help create an indoor-outdoor feel. The outside space has the vacation feel factor, a big pool in the middle surrounded by beautiful gardens with pines, bananas, rosemary, cypress, olives, cherries, lemons, and many more.
The outdoor terrace gives guests plenty of space for dining, drinking, or relaxing on the lounge chairs with a good book while enjoying the idyllic scenery and sparking the Adriatic sea.

Heading downstairs, on the -1 floor is the entertainment room which will keep the kids and adults occupied as well. Also on this level, is a top gym well filled with many useful equipment such as a Smith machine, Olympic bars, running treadmill, rowing machine, dumbbells, kettlebells, extensors, pilates ball, ab roller, etc.

On the first floor, 4 rooms are situated and comfortably arranged with amazing sea and bay views, king-size beds, android TVs, air conditioning, wi-fi, and bathrooms. Also in one of them, a fast internet connection is applied.

On the top floor is a penthouse with a bar, a special fridge for wine, a dining table, an outside table, jacuzzi from where is most spectacular view worth of every second spent.
