The Villa Luka Loborika is an ultra-modern and as good as new villa in a quiet and private location. The coastal town of Pula, also known for the Arena amphitheater, is about 8 km away. Crystal clear sea water and very clean and wonderful beaches in about 7 km. The domicile is divided into 2 residential units, the main house has a living area, a kitchen as well as 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms and 2 more beds on the comfortable sofa bed with mattress. The pool table is in the foyer. The adjoining guest house has a living area, a kitchen, 1 bedroom and 2 bathrooms. The interior is modern and all rooms are equipped with satellite TV, air conditioning, balcony or terrace. The property can only be rented in its entirety and is suitable for up to 14 people. The extravagant, luxurious and very relaxed outdoor area is equipped with, a 50sqm salt water wave pool and massage jets. The swim-up pool bar, which is located under a waterfall, is particularly fantastic. For your physical well-being there is a grill area (outdoor barbecue) with an outside kitchen.
