Villa More, an old Istrian house, is beautifully situated in a 1600 square metre garden on the outskirts of the village. Ideal for families and holidaymakers looking for peace and relaxation without being cramped. Dogs are welcome guests.
The house has a living space of 90 square metres, divided into living room, 1 bedroom with a double bed, 1 bedroom with double bed and additional single bed, bathroom, kitchen, equipped with 4 zone ceramic hob, convection cooker and dishwasher.
The property is completely surrounded by a 1.8 metre high wall and practically invisible. Also ideal for dog owners. The sea with its 10km long natural beach is approx. 1500m away as the crow flies.
1 max 2 dogs are allowed. Smoking in the house is not permitted. Car parking spaces available.
In front of the house there is a large terrace of 70 square metres, partly covered. In the annex there is a solar wellness outdoor shower with hot water and a covered barbecue area of 20 square metres, designed with natural stone. The large whirlpool is equipped with 2 hydrojet jets and relax light. The house was completely renovated in 2016 and equipped with high-quality furnishings. The outdoor area was redesigned in 2017. The new spacious bathroom area is equipped with a large walk-in shower. The house is barrier-free, but not wheelchair accessible.
