3 bedroom holiday apartment with private swimming pool (8m x 4m) located on a green spot in village Šišan 9 km from the historical center of Pula. The house is surrounded by (400m2) fenced garden with lawn, in closer vicinity by fields and Mediterranean vegetation. Behind the house the owner has agricultural land with fresh fruit and vegetables. The apartment is located on the first floor.
Beautiful beaches are only 3 km distance from the house.
Located in the peaceful village of Šišan, you'll be far away from the hustle and bustle of city life. Here, time seems to slow down as you savor the simplicity and tranquility of the Istrian countryside. Take leisurely strolls through charming streets, savor the flavors of local cuisine, and experience the warmth of village life.
We do recommend you to visit the historic city of Pula, with its vigorous city life, crowded streets and vibrant atmosphere. The famous Roman Colosseum is the center of the cultural summer festival held each year, with concerts, ballet, operas, film festivals etc.. For the nature lovers the following destinations are definitively worth a day trip: Nature park Cape Kamenjak - peninsula of Kamenjak, a wonder of nature’s architecture, is situated at the South of Istria, near to a site called Premantura. National park Brijuni, with its natural, cultural and historical heritage, is another attractive site in the region. Village Medulin is only 5 km distance from the house.
