Kitchen (oven, 2 ceramic glass hob hotplates, kettle, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Electric heating. Small terrace 7 m2, south facing position. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Parking space n 208. Please note: 1 small pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.
