Situated in the beautiful area of La Font, between the village of Pollensa and Puerto Pollensa, this pretty, rustic stone house is ideal for a family holiday.

From the main entrance you enter into a cosy and very characteristic living/dining room, tastefully decorated with antique farm tools that take you back to the olden days of life in the Mallorcan countryside. These antique touches blend perfectly with other modern touches, such as the comfortable sofas, the solid glass dining table with seating for 6, the flat screen TV, and the large, open-plan kitchen.

On the other side of the entrance hall is the kitchen, equipped with dishwasher, fridge/freezer, electric oven, electric hob, microwave and other utensils needed in a holiday home of this standard.

A stone archway leads to a hallway with two double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and air conditioning, and a bathroom with bath and shower.

On the upper floor is the master bedroom (with double bed and en-suite bathroom). Next to this room there is a loft with comfortable armchairs. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning (which, following energy saving and efficiency initiatives, can only be used from 13:00 to 15:00 and from 19:00 to 07:00 - these hours cannot be extended or changed). It should be noted that the property is equipped with central heating for the winter/fall months.

The huge 50 m2 swimming pool, with Roman style steps, is surrounded by beautiful gardens and native plants. The exterior of the house is completed by beautiful covered and uncovered terrace areas, ideal to enjoy the warm Mallorcan summer nights. The property also has a ping-pong table and pool towels.
