Cala San Vicente villa holidays, Mallorca Holiday rentals - villas & holiday homes to rent in Cala Sant Vicenç

Cala San Vicente, also known as Cala Sant Vicenç is on the far north west coast of Mallorca, and is part of the municipal district of Pollenca and close to the popular destination Puerto Pollenca. However, the picutresque seaside resort of Cala Sant Vicenç is much more tranquil, with a collection of small stunning beaches which are lapped by the crystal clear sea. Cala Molins is the largest beach and is popular with sunbathers. The coast is rugged and dramatic with rocks and cliffs, which peak at an impressive 300 metres at the Cavall Bernat mountain ridge. There are some fabulous hiking routes in this area which offer unbeatable views. The village is built on a steep hillside, and therefore requires some walking uphill and downhill.

In the village you can find the prehistoric Alzineret caves which are spectacular, and probably the best example in Mallorca. They were dug around 1600 BC in the Middle Bronze Age and are actually burial mounds. Also in the town are bars and restaurants to dine, drink and feast!
