Villa Mar Clara is located in the beautiful area of Cala San Vicente and within easy driving distance of Pollensa and Puerto Pollensa in the beautiful northwest region of Mallorca. It is only 300 metres from the stunning beach of Cala Molins in Cala San Vicente and has numerous restaurants and beach bars within a similar distance.

The house was renovated and completed in June 2022 using high quality materials and in compliance with new energy and environmental regulations. The interior is spacious and bright, with modern furnishings. All bedrooms are located on the ground floor (please note that there is a locked and inaccessible storage room on the upper floor). The living-dining room has a cosy sitting area with Smart TV and hot and cold air conditioning for pleasant evenings during the autumn or spring holidays or the hottest days of summer. The modern kitchen is equipped with appliances such as dishwasher and oven. There are three nice bedrooms, two bedrooms with single beds and another bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom en suite. There is another bathroom with shower. This is a perfect option for families who want to have their own private villa and pool but also have the beautiful bay of Cala Molins nearby, why not have it all?
