This stunning and luxurious villa is located in the popular resort area of Kapparis and is just a 5 minute walk to the beach and to a vast selection of bars, restaurants and shops. The villa is newly built and fully equipped with brand new furniture and fittings to ensure a comfortable and perfect self-catering stay.

Outside, in the spacious garden, you will find a barbecue area with a worktop for extra space, outside seating area, sun loungers and large private pool with Roman steps leading into it.

As you walk in to the villa, you will find the open-plan living room, kitchen and dining area. The living room has comfortable sofas, widescreen TV with satellite channels and WIFI connection. The dining area has seating for 8 persons and the modern kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances you need for your self-catering stay as well as a breakfast bar which has seating for an extra 4 persons. The ground floor is surrounded by large patio doors which lead you to the garden and pool area.
There is a bathroom with a shower and WC on this floor.

Upstairs, you will find the three bedrooms, all of which offer stunning sea views. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom with a shower and WC and a double bed. Bedroom 2 has a double bed and bedroom 3 has two single beds. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and bedside cabinets. The main family bathroom is also on this floor with shower and WC.
