Paralimni is a small town in the South-East of Cyprus in the Famagusta district. Paralimni is in the Southern part of Cyprus close to the well known and very popular resorts of Protoras and Ayia Napa. It is not surprising that this area is so popular with tourists with loads of glorious beaches, which are some of the best you will find on the island and its relaxing atmosphere. The most popular one is Fig Tree Bay which has white sand, crystal clear shallow water and a small island about 50 metres offshore which can be swam out to. If you are looking for a more secluded beach, then head to the small cove of Sirena Bay which is a gem with its palm tree shaded restaurant and bar overlooking the sea. There are four others beaches to choose from in the area, some with blue flag status.

Paralimni has loads of spectacular villa style property and is an attractive location to go or to live. It benefits from the stunning Cape Greco National Park being in close proximity, which has walking trails through pine forests and along the cliffs, giving way to the breath taking views along the rocky coast which are scattered with sandy coves.
