Rasa is a small peaceful town along the valley of the Krapan brook. Rasa is found on the eastern side of Istria between Labin and Barban, Rasa is the youngest town in Istria. Originally a mining town, the town has many architectural points of interest which it pay's homage to its mining past, like the Church of Saint Barbara with its roof shaped like a overtuned coal wagon and the church steeple that looks like a miners lamp.
Given its envious location, Rasa also has easy access to the charming town of Labin and wonderful activities for the whole family. Throughout the year, you can enjoy fabulous hiking & cycling in this area of natural beauty.
