Being linked to Dubai Marina, its just 1km or a 10 minute walk to the famous Jumeirah Beach where there is an abundance of watersports to try such as wind surfing, jetboats, diving to name a few.

Jumeirah beach also has a stunning promenade where you can walk along and marvel at the Burg al Arab or take a ride on one of Abra boats along 3kms of waterways.

After a day on the beach or sight seeing, the ideal way to end the day is to return to your own apartment, watch the sun go down from your private balcony then head to one of the many restaurants and dine under the stars.

Dubai is an all year round destination with a subtropical climate with very hot summers and warm winters. From June to September, daytime temperatures can reach 45°C and above so the best time to visit to avoid the searing sun is spring and autumn where 28°C to 35°C is the average. January and February are the coldest months and but even then, temperatures rarely drop below 20°C.
