The resort sits at the edge of a long white sandy bay on the famous Costa Smeralda (Emerald coast) and just 20 minutes north of the gateway city of Olbia and 3kms from the lively Porto Rotondo.
After a day on the beach, the evenings are fairly relaxed with several restaurants, pizzerias and bars in the resort. However, being next door to Porto Rotondo and the other Costa Smerlada resorts means you can experience the best of both worlds with piano bars, trendy nightclubs and a wide selection of places to dine.
For a day out, the famous marina of Porto Cervo is just 30 minutes drive away with its luxury yachts and designer boutiques. From here, you can also take a boat to the islands in the Maddalena archipelago - absolutely stunning and not to be missed.

Our view on Golfo di Marinella holidays
Away from the crowds, Golfo di Marinella is a good place to relax and unwind and with the villas and apartments being so close to the beach, not having a car at your disposal is not the end of the world. With its fantastic white sandy beach, we think Golfo di Marinella is a good value for money base and rates highly for family holidays.
