Cavalese is a wonderful town sitting in Val di Fiemme valley opposite the Lagorai mountain range and has been attracting tourists for generations. A fantastic destination for anytime of year.
Winter sees Cavalese turn into a vibrant ski resort positioned 1000 metres above sea level catering to all levels with 23 downhill runs and cross country tracks. With numerous ski lifts and cable cars plus high altitude huts offering hot food & drinks. Cavalese is also perfect for families providing ski schools and a lovely snow playground for little ones with many activities and qualified staff. There also a ice skating rink and swimming pool with jacuzzi which is open all year round. In the spring/summer months Cavalese is a perfect hiking area with many trails and breathtaking views. For the more adventurous, rafting on the Avisio river.
The evenings are very lively with good selection of pubs, bars and restaurants there is also a disco open until the early hours.

Cavalese is a truly stunning destination for a family holiday or romantic escape. With the spectacluar backdrop of the Lagorai chain, beautiful vistas are everywhere, which ever season you see Cavalese in.
There is something for everyone with interesting places to visit and a fabulous range of activities on offer. With excellent resturants and night life that would rival the most cosmopolitan cities, its difficult not to have a great time in Cavalese. Whilst on your holidays in Cavalese, you may want to visit some of the other nearby towns such as Predazzo and Bellamonte.
