Holidays in Castelsardo - an elevated old town built around the magnificent and perfectly perserved Castello dei Doria, founded by the Doria family, it is an impressive sight to behold. Surrounded by many fancy restaurants offering spectaular views of the Gulf of Asinara. Great for seafood lovers in particular the lobster dish, alla castellanese a traditional favourite of Castelsardo. Stroll through the old atmospheric streets hosting many cafes and wonderful handicraft shops.

Located outside the town you will find several sandy beaches and coves, one being Marina di Castelsardo with beautiful turquoise water, it makes for a perfect day at the beach spent soaking up the mediterranean sunshine.
