The fourth largest resort Arenal d'en Castell is a very popular place in the north east of Menorca located close to the only golf course - Son Parc. Arenal d'en Castell is nestled into a horseshoe shape bay with a glorious beach, there are a great selection of bars and restaurants perched into the cliff above the beach and with the pine tree forest behind the beach this is a really stunning place with good facilities to spend your holidays. There is a road train taking you back up to the resort centre from the beach below, this is well worth it after a hot day on the sand!
The scenery here in Arenal d'en Castell is spectacular, it is also ideal for young children as the water is very shallow going quite far out to sea and the sand is lovely. The beach also has kayaking, pedalo and paddle board hire and facilities such as restaurant/bar at the eastern end of the beach and at the western end there are restaurants and bars just back from the beach.
