Villa Bavigo and Pieron are new modern holiday villas near Pula, featuring a hot tub and sauna. These are semi-detached properties, with Villa Pieron and Bavigo sharing only the back wall, while each villa is a self-contained accommodation with a separate enclosed plot.

Both villas are equipped with 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a living area with a kitchen, and an outdoor area with a private pool, hot tub, and sauna. Table tennis and table football are available for entertainment. On the first floor, there is a beautiful living area with access to the outdoor space, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, as well as a comfortable double bedroom with a TV and a bathroom. On the second floor, there are 3 additional comfortable double bedrooms with TVs, each with a private bathroom and access to the terrace.

A wellness oasis with a hot tub and sauna is also located on the second floor. The villa is fully air-conditioned and suitable for 8 people. In the outdoor area, you will find a refreshing private pool with a waterfall (upon request, the pool can be heated, which is excellent outside the main season), beautiful garden furniture, a covered dining terrace, sun loungers and umbrellas. You can enjoy pleasant evenings grilling in the summer kitchen. The fully fenced courtyard offers 2 private parking spaces.

The special feature of these villas is that they can also be rented together for larger families, offering a total of 8 bedrooms and accommodating up to 16 people.

Youth groups are not allowed, except upon request.
