Welcome to our newly renovated, 2-bedroom, 2 bath, vacation condo located just a few miles from Clearwater Beach and 25 minutes from Tampa International Airport. With convenient free parking right outside the door, extremely quiet facing the interior garden this rental is set up for a recharging vacation!

The property is located in a gated condominium complex which is composed of lodging buildings, garden, parking, a beautiful resort style heated swimming pool, barbecue area, 24/7 exercise room, luxurious clubhouse.

The condo is an 1100 sq. ft. split floor plan which allows for two private bedrooms perfect for a couple/family or sharing with another couple. Comfortable, private and clean covered patio for outdoor relaxing. Heading to the beach? Beach chairs and umbrellas are provided. Enjoy free high-speed internet, flat screen TV with HD cable, and a DVD player. Cabinets are stocked with glassware, serving dishes, pots pans and utensils. Laundry room includes a full-size washer and dryer, ironing board and iron. Master bedroom with a flat screen TV and a queen size bed, has direct access to its own private bathroom as well as a huge walk-in closet. Second bedroom can be setup for 2 or 3 bed configuration by means of pulling-up a twin bed to be used when needed. All linens, extra pillows, bath towels, and dish towels are provided as well as hair dryers. Keep cool with central air conditioning and ceiling fans in both bedrooms. In the living room there is a queen bed pullout sofa (with a memory foam new mattress) which easily accommodates 2 persons; this feature makes the condo extremely comfortable for a large family.

Located within walking distance from a grocery store, Abe's Place Tap & Grill, great restaurants, shopping and public transportation, and 5min drive from 24/7 Walmart. The condo is located minutes from beautiful award winning white sand beaches, Pier 60, boating, fishing, golfing and the Pinellas Trail for miles of bicycle and pedestrian recreation.

The clubhouse includes a party room, office desk. Internet WiFi is available in the condo as well as throughout the complex. Must be over 25 to book rental. 7-day minimum rental. No pets, no parties please.

Both the damage deposit AND the 13% tax should be collected 2 weeks before arrival electronically via credit card/ paypal.
