Drive for just 5 minutes to reach the Roman and Medieval Squares and sit down for a taste of authentic local Wine with a view over the Walls that surround the city of Lucca or drive 20 minutes to grab an ice cream after sunbathing on the nearby beaches of the Versilia and Forte dei Marmi. Excursions to the nearby sites and towns of Florence, Pisa, San Gimignano and Cinque Terre, known for its colorful villages perched on the rocky riviera, are a must.

First Floor: entrance opening onto porch and garden, living room with Bar and French windows, air conditioning, opening onto the terrace and a wonderful view above the pool and the surrounding nature, master bedroom with bathroom, queen bedroom with toilet.

Second Floor: Master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, AC and private terrace.
