LA MACINA FARMHOUSE AND OLIVE OIL ESTATE is located on the hills of Lucca in the village of CICIANA among among a 5 ha private estate where EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL is produced by the owners. The rental property is made up of 3 stone houses which are all located around the pool and that are rented entirely to only 1 party per time, so privacy is never compromised. This is an area of Tuscany that opens up endless exploring possibilities: medieval hilltop towns, some of Europe's most renowned vineyards and some of its most alluring sights and cities. Pisa, Florence and Siena are all under an hour away and within 10 to 15 minutes you can be in Lucca city centre inside the walls. A week of serious exploring combined with easy relaxation strikes an excellent balance. La Macina Farmhouse invites outdoor living: you are fabulously well set up with a poolside terrace for drinks and unforgettable evenings with your friends while enjoying the view of the town at your feet, or for creating a wonderful atmosphere in the evenings, sunset on cue and maybe some bruschetta and a glass of Chianti in hand. By the side of the main house there s a fabulous shady area with big reclining wooden chairs and an outdoor fully equipped kitchen with a big refrigerator, electric oven, stoves, dishwasher and BBQ + wood fired pizza oven. Around the front it s set up for al fresco dining with a stone table and chairs to sit 12 that call for long dinners and plenty of chatter deep into the balmy evenings. The INFINITY POOL with hydromassage Jacuzzi area (pool size it is 12 metres x 6.5 metres) is magnificent and has an amazing deck with 8 sunbeds and a view over the valley. Next to the pool there is a bathroom. The pool system uses no chlorine but salt, so the water is healthy and perfect for children or those who are allergic. Quality beach towels are provided for each guest. The interiors are very well equipped and full of charm and despite its farmhouse appeal it comes with the right appliances and facilities to make any cook at home. There are dishwashers, good quality espresso machines, kettles, toasters, overns and microwaves. Each of the three houses has a kitchen and dining room for cosy meals and double doors open conveniently onto the front terrace and pergola area where guests can enjoy a glass of wine or dine watching the sun go down and each of the three houses has a living room for private relaxation.

The MAIN HOUSE has a small kitchen, a dining room to sit 10, a living room with fireplace, a full bathroom and a small laundry room with a washing machine on the ground floor. On the first floor it has 1 bedroom with a double bed (and with a sofa bed convertible into 2 twin beds to host 2 extra guests -7th and 8th guest for the extra price of 60 euros nightly each person to be confirmed at booking and to be paid upon arrival to the owner) and 1 bathroom with built shower. Outside there is a grand terrace with the table to seat all the guests at once and the BBQ and a fully equipped outdoor kitchen by the outdoor dining area.
The HAYLOFT is located just underneath the main house and it has a grand open space area with French windows overlooking the valley. The open space area has a living/dining area and a kitchen and a bedroom with a double bed, one bathroom with built shower, a laundry room with washer and dryer and a magnificent terrace with table overlooking the valley and the pool. The living room has a sofa bed convertible into a french bed that measures 140 cm x 200 cm to host 2 extra guests -9th and 10th guest for the extra price of 60 euros nightly each person to be confirmed at booking and to be paid upon arrival to the owner.
The COTTAGE is located just underneath the hayloft and it has a little kitchen, a living/dining area with a sofa bed (convertible into a queen size bed that measures 140 cm x 200 cm to host 2 extra guests -11th and 12th guest for the extra price of 60 euros nightly each person to be confirmed at booking and to be paid upon arrival to the owner and one bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with built shower attached to the bedroom.
Each house has a TV with international channels. The whole area (houses and pool) are provided with a very reliable high speed wifi connection. The owner lives in the same estate in a separate house. The pool is totally private for the guests. Each saturday the pool is cleaned and the gardens are manicured by the owner so for safety reasons the pool and gardens will not be accessible to guests from 10 am to 3 pm (only on Saturdays).
Two baby cribs for kids aged max 2 and one highchair are available upon request for free.
The house is advertised and prices for a maximum occupancy of 6 guests and do not include the use of sofa beds. Sofa beds use and/or extra guests for a maximum occupancy of 12 is possible upon confirmation at booking and payment of extra charge upon arrival directly to the owner. The use of sofa beds and extra guests are allowed only for guests of maximum age of 12.
A fully refundable security deposit against damages of 1000 euros is requested by the owner at arrival and will be refunded at the end of the stay.
As per the italian laws, passport of each guests will be requested by the owner at arrival in order to proceed with the legal registration of guests at the police office. also collection of city stay tax will be requested by the owner as per the local laws.

Hochwertige Strandtücher werden für jeden Gast bereitgestellt. Die Innenräume sind sehr gut ausgestattet und voller Charme und trotz ihres Bauernhof-Charakters verfügt es über die richtigen Geräte und Einrichtungen, um jeden Hobbykoch zufriedenzustellen. Es gibt Geschirrspüler, hochwertige Espressomaschinen, Wasserkocher, Toaster, Öfen und Mikrowellen. Gast zum zusätzlichen Preis von 60 Euro pro Nacht pro Person zu beherbergen, der bei der Buchung bestätigt und bei Ankunft an den Eigentümer gezahlt werden muss) und 1 Badezimmer mit eingebauter Dusche. Draußen gibt es eine große Terrasse mit einem Tisch, an dem alle Gäste auf einmal sitzen können, sowie den Grill und eine vollständig ausgestattete Außenküche im Außenessbereich.
Der HEUBODEN befindet sich direkt unter dem Haupthaus und verfügt über einen großen offenen Bereich mit französischen Fenstern mit Blick auf das Tal. Der offene Bereich hat einen Wohn-/Essbereich und eine Küche sowie ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, ein Badezimmer mit eingebauter Dusche, einen Waschraum mit Waschmaschine und Trockner und eine herrliche Terrasse mit Tisch mit Blick auf das Tal und den Pool. Das Wohnzimmer hat ein Schlafsofa, das in ein französisches Bett umwandelbar ist, das 140 cm x 200 cm misst, um 2 zusätzliche Gäste - 9. und 10. Gast zum zusätzlichen Preis von 60 Euro pro Nacht pro Person zu beherbergen, der bei der Buchung bestätigt und bei Ankunft an den Eigentümer gezahlt werden muss.

Jedes Haus verfügt über einen Fernseher mit internationalen Kanälen. Das gesamte Gelände (Häuser und Pool) ist mit einer sehr zuverlässigen Hochgeschwindigkeits-WLAN-Verbindung ausgestattet. Der Eigentümer lebt auf dem gleichen Grundstück in einem separaten Haus. Der Pool ist vollständig privat für die Gäste. Jeden Samstag wird der Pool gereinigt und die Gärten werden vom Eigentümer gepflegt. Aus Sicherheitsgründen sind der Pool und die Gärten für die Gäste von 10 bis 15 Uhr nicht zugänglich (nur samstags).
Zwei Babybetten für Kinder bis max. 2 Jahre und ein Hochstuhl sind auf Anfrage kostenlos verfügbar.
Das Haus wird mit einer maximalen Belegung von 6 Gästen beworben und beinhaltet nicht die Nutzung von Schlafcouches. Die Nutzung von Schlafcouches und/oder zusätzliche Gäste für eine maximale Belegung von 12 Personen sind nach Bestätigung bei der Buchung und Zahlung einer Zusatzgebühr bei der Ankunft direkt an den Eigentümer möglich. Die Nutzung von Schlafcouches und zusätzliche Gäste sind nur für Gäste mit einem Höchstalter von 12 Jahren erlaubt.
Eine vollständig rückerstattbare Kaution gegen Schäden in Höhe von 1000 Euro wird vom Eigentümer bei der Ankunft verlangt und wird am Ende des Aufenthalts zurückerstattet.
Gemäß der italienischen Gesetze wird der Eigentümer bei der Ankunft den Pass jedes Gastes anfordern, um die rechtliche Registrierung der Gäste bei der Polizeibehörde durchzuführen. Auch die Erhebung der Stadtaufenthaltssteuer wird vom Eigentümer gemäß den örtlichen Gesetzen angefordert.

Haustiere sind in diesem Anwesen nicht erlaubt und nicht akzeptiert. Es ist streng verboten, in der Unterkunft zu rauchen.
Ungefähr 3 km asphaltierte, aber enge Straße zum Erreichen der Unterkunft, wobei die letzten 900 Meter drei sehr enge Haarnadelkurven mit erforderlichen Manövern aufweisen.

LA MACINA FARMHOUSE AND OLIVE OIL ESTATE liegt auf den Hügeln von Lucca im Dorf CICIANA inmitten eines 5 ha großen Privatgrundstücks, auf dem die Eigentümer EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVENÖL produzieren. Die Mietimmobilie besteht aus 3 Steinhäusern, die alle um den Pool herum angeordnet sind und die vollständig nur an 1 Partei pro Mal vermietet werden, sodass die Privatsphäre niemals beeinträchtigt wird. Dies ist ein Gebiet der Toskana, das endlose Erkundungsmöglichkeiten eröffnet: mittelalterliche Bergstädte, einige der renommiertesten Weinberge Europas und einige der reizvollsten Sehenswürdigkeiten und Städte. Pisa, Florenz und Siena sind alle weniger als eine Stunde entfernt und innerhalb von 10 bis 15 Minuten können Sie sich im Zentrum von Lucca innerhalb der Mauern befinden. Eine Woche ernsthafter Erkundung kombiniert mit entspannter Ruhe schafft eine ausgezeichnete Balance. La Macina Farmhouse lädt zum Outdoor-Leben ein: Sie sind fabelhaft gut ausgestattet mit einer Poolterrasse für Getränke und unvergessliche Abende mit Ihren Freunden, während Sie die Aussicht auf die Stadt zu Ihren Füßen genießen, oder um eine wunderbare Atmosphäre am Abend zu schaffen, Sonnenuntergang pünktlich und vielleicht etwas Bruschetta und ein Glas Chianti in der Hand. Neben dem Haupthaus gibt es einen fabelhaften schattigen Bereich mit großen Liegestühlen aus Holz und einer vollständig ausgestatteten Außenküche mit großem Kühlschrank, Elektroofen, Herden, Geschirrspüler und Grill + Holzbackofen. An der Vorderseite ist es für Mahlzeiten im Freien eingerichtet mit einem Steintisch und Stühlen für 12 Personen, die zu langen Abendessen und viel Geplauder bis tief in die lauen Abende einladen. Der INFINITY-POOL mit Hydromassage-Whirlpool-Bereich (Poolgröße 12 Meter x 6,5 Meter) ist herrlich und verfügt über ein beeindruckendes Deck mit 8 Sonnenliegen und Blick über das Tal. Neben dem Pool befindet sich ein Badezimmer. Das Poolsystem verwendet kein Chlor, sondern Salz, daher ist das Wasser gesund und perfekt für Kinder oder Allergiker. Hochwertige Strandtücher werden für jeden Gast bereitgestellt. Die Innenräume sind sehr gut ausgestattet und voller Charme und trotz ihres Bauernhof-Charakters verfügt es über die richtigen Geräte und Einrichtungen, um jeden Hobbykoch zufriedenzustellen. Es gibt Geschirrspüler, hochwertige Espressomaschinen, Wasserkocher, Toaster, Öfen und Mikrowellen. Jedes der drei Häuser hat eine Küche und ein Esszimmer für gemütliche Mahlzeiten und Doppeltüren öffnen sich bequem zur vorderen Terrasse und zum Pergola-Bereich, wo Gäste ein Glas Wein genießen oder beim Sonnenuntergang speisen können, und jedes der drei Häuser hat ein Wohnzimmer zur privaten Entspannung.
HAUSKONFIGURATION (alle Häuser haben Klimaanlage):
Das HAUPTHAUS hat eine kleine Küche, ein Esszimmer für 10 Personen, ein Wohnzimmer mit Kamin, ein vollständiges Badezimmer und einen kleinen Waschraum mit Waschmaschine im Erdgeschoss. Im ersten Stock hat es 1 Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett (und mit einem Schlafsofa, das in 2 Einzelbetten umwandelbar ist, um 2 zusätzliche Gäste - 7. und 8. Gast zum zusätzlichen Preis von 60 Euro pro Nacht pro Person zu beherbergen, der bei der Buchung bestätigt und bei Ankunft an den Eigentümer gezahlt werden muss) und 1 Badezimmer mit eingebauter Dusche. Draußen gibt es eine große Terrasse mit einem Tisch, an dem alle Gäste auf einmal sitzen können, sowie den Grill und eine vollständig ausgestattete Außenküche im Außenessbereich.
Der HEUBODEN befindet sich direkt unter dem Haupthaus und verfügt über einen großen offenen Bereich mit französischen Fenstern mit Blick auf das Tal. Der offene Bereich hat einen Wohn-/Essbereich und eine Küche sowie ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, ein Badezimmer mit eingebauter Dusche, einen Waschraum mit Waschmaschine und Trockner und eine herrliche Terrasse mit Tisch mit Blick auf das Tal und den Pool. Das Wohnzimmer hat ein Schlafsofa, das in ein französisches Bett umwandelbar ist, das 140 cm x 200 cm misst, um 2 zusätzliche Gäste - 9. und 10. Gast zum zusätzlichen Preis von 60 Euro pro Nacht pro Person zu beherbergen, der bei der Buchung bestätigt und bei Ankunft an den Eigentümer gezahlt werden muss.
Das COTTAGE befindet sich direkt unter dem Heuboden und verfügt über eine kleine Küche, einen Wohn-/Essbereich mit einem Schlafsofa (umwandelbar in ein Queen-Size-Bett, das 140 cm x 200 cm misst, um 2 zusätzliche Gäste - 11. und 12. Gast zum zusätzlichen Preis von 60 Euro pro Nacht pro Person zu beherbergen, der bei der Buchung bestätigt und bei Ankunft an den Eigentümer gezahlt werden muss) und ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und ein Badezimmer mit eingebauter Dusche, das an das Schlafzimmer angebunden ist.
Jedes Haus verfügt über einen Fernseher mit internationalen Kanälen. Das gesamte Gelände (Häuser und Pool) ist mit einer sehr zuverlässigen Hochgeschwindigkeits-WLAN-Verbindung ausgestattet. Der Eigentümer lebt auf dem gleichen Grundstück in einem separaten Haus. Der Pool ist vollständig privat für die Gäste. Jeden Samstag wird der Pool gereinigt und die Gärten werden vom Eigentümer gepflegt. Aus Sicherheitsgründen sind der Pool und die Gärten für die Gäste von 10 bis 15 Uhr nicht zugänglich (nur samstags).
Zwei Babybetten für Kinder bis max. 2 Jahre und ein Hochstuhl sind auf Anfrage kostenlos verfügbar.
Das Haus wird mit einer maximalen Belegung von 6 Gästen beworben und beinhaltet nicht die Nutzung von Schlafcouches. Die Nutzung von Schlafcouches und/oder zusätzliche Gäste für eine maximale Belegung von 12 Personen sind nach Bestätigung bei der Buchung und Zahlung einer Zusatzgebühr bei der Ankunft direkt an den Eigentümer möglich. Die Nutzung von Schlafcouches und zusätzliche Gäste sind nur für Gäste mit einem Höchstalter von 12 Jahren erlaubt.
Eine vollständig rückerstattbare Kaution gegen Schäden in Höhe von 1000 Euro wird vom Eigentümer bei der Ankunft verlangt und wird am Ende des Aufenthalts zurückerstattet.
Gemäß der italienischen Gesetze wird der Eigentümer bei der Ankunft den Pass jedes Gastes anfordern, um die rechtliche Registrierung der Gäste bei der Polizeibehörde durchzuführen. Auch die Erhebung der Stadtaufenthaltssteuer wird vom Eigentümer gemäß den örtlichen Gesetzen angefordert.
