Our residence is just a stroll away from the Friendship Beach in Rawai and 10 min away from Naiharn beach which is one of the best in Phuket

Our First floor outdoor area is equipped with a sun deck, dining area a13 meter private pool with a comfortable Jacuzzi for you to chill on those hot tropical days.
A 120 square meter roof top with a outstanding view over the Chalong bay and a nice sea breeze. The roof top is equipped with a covered bar, BBQ grill, dining table, lounge area with a comfortable L shape sofa.

Our residence is a 4 bedroom spacious layout consisting of 660 square meters build up area. New modern style house designed by an Italian architect creating a sophisticate atmosphere throughout the property. first floor we have a spacious living room located at the pool and a well equiped kitchen with a bar.
second floor: Two large bedrooms with king size beds and a shared bathroom which is a equipment with a whirlpool.
Third floor two large bedrooms, one a equipment with a bathroom and shower, the mater bedroom is very spacious with open bathroom with shower and whirlpool facing the seaside.
Fourth floor open roof top with an out standing view where on clear days the Phi Phi Islands can be seen

The residence features 24 hr security, free wifi the beach is only 100 m away where 3 kite school and several resorts are located, across the street we have a night market 2 times a week.

Baby bed available, sofa can be change to a double bed. We have a speed boat available for charter and in the future and sailing catamaran all our clients through the villa will get 25% discount.
