The holiday house accommodates up to six people on two floors and sits in a row with ten other houses. It boasts three bedrooms upstairs, furnished with a king size, a queen size and two single beds and wardrobes. Both bathrooms boast a shower or a bathtub, a sink and a toilet. Additionally, there is a separate toilet. The living/dining room is furnished with sofas, a fireplace, a television and a dining table with chairs. The kitchen is fully furnished with a stove, an oven, a refrigerator/freezer, a microwave, a toaster, a dishwasher a washing machine and a coffee maker. There is also an additional dining table with chairs.

The quiet town is ideal for families. Restaurants, shops and cafes and supermarkets are easily accessible on foot. It is five kilometres to Albufeira town centre. It is 2.9 km to the local golf court. The bus stop is only 100 meters from the property. It is about 43 km to Faro airport.

The complex houses terraced houses, beautiful gardens and a community pool for children and adults on a 7,000 m² property. Outdoor showers and car parking spaces are available.
