The beach villa is ideally located in the south-east of Mauritius. Grocery shops are 1.3 km away and a large shopping centre is 3.1 km away. Everything is easily accessible by bus or inexpensive taxi.

The house is well equipped and offers a large master bedroom with private shower and large vanity. Direct sea view from the bed. The second bedroom has 2 single beds. The 3rd bedroom has a mezzanine bed for 2 people. 1 bathroom with shower and vanity unit. 2 separate WCs. All rooms have their own air conditioning. A safe is available. The kitchen has a large fridge, gas cooker, oven, microwave, dishwasher and coffee maker.

Dreamy green garden with guaranteed fresh coconuts. Local fruit from the garden sweetens the day. A barbecue area and fire pit are available for cosy evenings. Beach chairs are available. Outdoor seating is available on the terrace and on the beach. A kayak for two is available.

The housekeeper prepares fresh meals daily on request and does the laundry every day from 9am to 2pm. Fresh fruit or fish can be purchased daily from the garden supplier. The owners live in the house next door and are always available to answer any questions and are very helpful. Languages...German, French, English.

If you are looking for peace and quiet, this is the place for you. A nature reserve with a small turtle island is right outside the door and can be reached by a short boat ride. Water sports available. The nearby BlueBay beach can be reached in around 30 minutes on foot along the beach. Glass-bottom boat, snorkelling spot or a delicious snack. It's all possible. All activities such as diving or day trips can be requested directly from the owner.
