Cleverly converted from an old warehouse, the residence is characterised by its elegant contemporary design. In this pleasant, cosy ambience bathed in white, the living-dining room with its well-equipped kitchen and the adjoining double bedroom with bathroom stretch out. From the bright living room, through a French window, there is direct access to the small patio, from which one can enjoy the hustle and bustle, the colour and sounds of sea life and a splendid view of the Gulf of Castellammare.
