3-room villa 110 m2, on the ground floor. Spacious and bright, fully renovated in 2023, modern and tasteful furnishings: living room with 1 double sofabed and TV. Exit to the garden. 1 large room with 1 double bed (170 cm, length 220 cm), shower/bidet/WC. 1 large room with 2 beds and shower/bidet/WC. Exit to the garden, to the veranda. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 5 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Exit to the terrace. Shower/bidet/WC. Air-conditioning, forced-air heating. Large terrace roofed, large terrace, patio. Terrace furniture, barbecue electric barbecue (portable), deck chairs. Beautiful view of the garden. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, baby cot for up to 2 year olds, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Reserved parking (roofed). Please note: one double bedroom is outside the apartment. 1 pet/ dog allowed. Private entrance. The large double bedroom is not internally connected to the other rooms of the villa, it is accessed via the loggia or from a door at the back of the house. The single beds can be combined into a double.
