The flats in this villa are close to the old centre of Capoliveri. From the west side of the village you can see the Golfo Stella, Pianosa and Corsica. In other words, the flats are situated in such a way that, wherever you turn your eyes, you always see wonderful land and seascapes.New in the programme: this accommodation is newly offered. The recently renovated flat consists of a bedroom, a bathroom, a kitchen, a living room and the patio with its magnificent view, unique to the Island of Elba. Furnished in a modern and comfortable manner, there is a large communal barbecue and, not to be underestimated, parking within the property.

It is understood that being close to the village, the beaches have to be reached by car, but it is not to be underestimated that the municipality of Capoliveri has more than half of the beaches of the Island of Elba and the position allows you to reach in a few minutes, the most beautiful beaches of Capoliveri such as: Innamorata, Zuccale and Barabarca on the south-west side of Golfo Stella or Straccoligno, Ferrato and Calanova on the south-west side of Porto Azzuro . This is ideal for people who want to visit different beaches every day. In addition, the flats are located at the entrance to the Capoliveri Bike Park on the promontory of Monte Calamita, where the mountain bike event, the Capoliveri Legend Cup, is held every year. These trails are marked and passable not only by bikers but also by trekking and running enthusiasts.
