The Pozzo Vecchio flat is situated on the border between the historic centre of Capoliveri and the outskirts, two hundred metres from the main square of Capoliveri, Piazza Matteotti. The flat has been recently renovated, May 2018, and is characterised by the particular feature of Tuscan houses with stone walls that characterise the large kitchen room where there is a sofa bed ideal for a couple with a child.

A large covered courtyard allows you to eat outside without cars and people disturbing your holiday. Ideal for families who like to stay in the centre and who want to visit the many beaches that the municipality of Capoliveri offers and which can be easily reached in a few minutes.

In addition to the kitchen, the flat has: a double bedroom, a large bathroom with shower box, a further service bathroom and a utility room with washing machine. In addition to crockery, the flat has the comforts such as American coffee machine, espresso coffee machine with pods, hob with oven, microwave and fridge with freezer.

Two hundred metres away is the centre with the Conad supermarket, all the catering activities and services needed to spend a unique holiday in Capoliveri.
