Villa Oleandro, located in Capoliveri in the locality "Madonna Delle Grazie", the house is about 200 mt far from the sea from the beach of "Madonna delle Grazie", and in only 5 minutes by car you can reach: Morcone, Pareti, "Innamorata" and they are in the south coast where from these you can admire the magnificent "Golfo Stella" and in clear days you can see the island of Pianosa and Corsica. Villa Oleandro is close to the Sanctuary of the "Madonna delle Grazie", in a quiet location not very crowded with tourists and rich in greenery, a place where you can spend a fantastic relaxing holiday. From the house you can reach the centre of the village situated on a hill which is 2.6 km away, 5 minutes by car. You have to keep in mind that the seaside resorts of the municipality of Capoliveri are all on the coast and then to reach the country you have to move by car where our customers, will find at their disposal in our other structure, Villa Calamita, a private parking space where they can park the car quietly without incurring nasty surprises such as the classic fine. Or from the Villa for the less lazy and for those who love walking, you can reach the centre of the village in just 10 minutes' walk along the convenient path that starts from the Sanctuary. Villa Oleandro is a two-room apartment (2+1 PERS.) composed as follows:-Double bedroom-Bathroom-Living room-Kitchen with sofa bed-TV/Sat-Space outside covered with a pergola overlooking the sea -Garden furniture- Covered parking space and as I said before and available to customers there is a parking space in the centre of Capoliveri in our structure Villa Calamita.

Description of the place: La Villetta, is located in the municipality of Capoliveri in the small and quiet village of Madonna Delle Grazie. It is such a peaceful place that in the 18th century, this location was chosen as a refuge for Augustinian friars returning from the Island of Montecristo and for the hospitality they received, they erected the sanctuary where inside there is a very valuable table of which it is said that the draft belonged to Michelangelo Buonarroti. The house is ideal for a couple or a family with a child. It is two hundred metres from the Madonna Delle Grazie beach, a pretty, small beach characterised by gravel mixed with sand where in the evening you can admire magnificent sunsets over the Stella Gulf. You can also walk to the coast, where there are small bays and coves where you can relax in peace.
