The newly built Villa Artemide is located in the municipality of Capoliveri in the small, quiet locality of Madonna Delle Grazie. It is so peaceful that in the 18th century, this location was chosen as a refuge for Augustinian monks returning from the Island of Montecristo, and for the hospitality they received, they erected the sanctuary where inside there is a very valuable panel painting of which it is said that the draft design belonged to Michelangelo Buonarroti. Villa Artemide is set in a context of Mediterranean vegetation, surrounded by vineyards and century-old citrus trees, and is about 200 metres from the beach of Madonna Delle Grazie, a pretty, small beach characterised by gravel mixed with sand where in the evening you can admire magnificent sunsets over the Stella Gulf. Also on foot you can reach the beautiful coastline, where there are small bays and coves where you can relax in peace. Villa Artemide, consists of three units, on the first floor there are the three-room apartments, Artemide one and Artemide two and on the ground floor there is Artemide three a two-room apartment all for four people.
The flats one and two of Villa Artemide differ from the three in that they have two bedrooms: one double and the other twin and have a terrace with a pergola, while Artemide three has a double bedroom and in the living room-kitchen it has two single beds, ideal for a family with children, and outside there is a large porch.
All of them are comfortably and modernly furnished. Artemide two. The flat is a three-room flat for 4 people and is composed as follows: double bedroom, twin bedroom with the possibility of joining beds, bathroom, living room-kitchen, TV/sat, outside terrace covered by pergola with magnificent sea view, garden furniture, parking space.
