The villa is located in Monte Nai that is the central and historical part of Costa Rei. It is a short distance from one of the most beautiful beaches in southern Sardinia that can be reached in minutes by walk. It also has a slightly raised position. This feature allows you to enjoy a relaxing view of the sea from the garden and the veranda.

The large covered veranda with a sea view houses a dining area, a barbecue area and a small sitting area. The large and well-kept lawned garden is surrounded by hedges and adorned with plants and flower beds. It is a very enjoyable parto of the house and perfect for sunbathing. The garden comes also with a comfortable outdoor shower. The property has also a private parking lot that leads directly to the covered veranda.

It is a fully fenced detached villa. This feature gives to the property a unique privacy. It is a one storey holiday property that has large spaces useful to accommodate comfortably six people.
