The holiday home is set in a well-kept residential complex called Turagri placed in the final part of Costa Rei. It has a great position inside the condo that makes it private and easily accessible from the parking lot and also from the beach through the pedestrian gate in the rear garden. The beach is at very short walking distance.

It also boasts a beautiful large front veranda, a front and a rear garden. The rear garden is also equipped with an alfresco shower and a built-in barbecue.

This nice holiday home has on the ground floor a living room with dining and sitting areas, a modernly equipped kitchenette, two double bedrooms (one can be set as a twin), a shower. There is also a mezzanine internally accessed by a wood stair (a bit steep) with two small single beds.

Costa Rei is a dream seaside tourist resort with all the main services such as market, restaurant and more. Since the seventies it has been the ideal spot for a beach holiday with family or friends.

It extremely close to the beach as well as to the main services. This feature makes it convenient even for a holiday without the use of a car.
