The villa is part of a small complex made up of three houses which share an access from the main gate. The sandy beach is at a short walking distance and can be reached from the garden through a pedestrian path.

The villa comes with a large living area with a open plan kitchen, sitting and dining areas with a fireplace. The sleeping area is separate by a corridor and It offers three large double bedrooms and two shower rooms.

In the back of the villa there is a comfortable private area useful for parking the car and at the front a large covered veranda with table, chairs and a built-in barbecue, as well as a garden made private by hedges where it is pleasant to relax and sunbathe. At the edge of the garden there is also a comfortable alfresco shower.

The location so close to a stunning sandy beach is perfect for a great holiday to Sardinia.
