Exit to the terrace. 1 double bedroom. 1 room with sloping ceilings, on 2 levels with 2 beds and 1 french bed (140 cm). Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 gas rings, microwave). Exit to the terrace. Shower/bidet/WC. Gas heating (extra). Large terrace. Terrace furniture, deck chairs (2). Marvellous panoramic view of the sea and the countryside. Facilities: baby cot (extra). Please note: maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed. Private entrance.

Rustic country house "Rita", surrounded by fields and vineyards. 7 km from the centre of Palau, on top of a hill, 3 km from the sea, in the countryside. For shared use: natural state property 2 ha (fenced), large garden with plants and trees. Private: outdoor shower, barbecue. In the house: washing machine (for shared use). 1 km long bumpy, narrow motor access (via unmade road). Stepped path to the house. Parking on the premises. Supermarket 7 km, restaurant 7 km, bar 7 km, sandy beach "Le Saline" 3 km. Nearby attractions: Arzachena 9 km, Cannigione 11 km, Costa Smeralda 30 km. Please note: car recommended. Animals in the neighbourhood. The owner uses the basement floor of the house 3/4 times a week for a few hours during the day to take care of the countryside and the animals.
